If you decide you wish to enquire about my services, you can use the form provided and give me instructions how you would like to be contacted (email/phone). If you decide/consent to engage my services as a client, I will ask for and hold your personal data securely to service that contract with you and you will be asked for details such as name, address, age and health history. Brief headlinenotes of contents of your psychotherapy session will be held securely and safely destroyed after its retention period. This data will be held until such a time this is no longer necessary and serves a purpose or until such a time where there is no legal obligation for a claim.
I do not share your data with anyone else, unless you have requested me to or if there is an emergency or to otherwise protect yours or my vital interests or if required by law. If you wish to book a Rosen Method Bodywork session you will be asked to fill in a client/consent form. Any returning client will be asked to fill in the form again.As a Rosen Method Practitioner I do not keep notes of contents of sessions (or possibly short notes as an aide memoire) unless something out of the ordinary happens.
